The rooms are non-smoking, it is fairly clean and the staff is cheerful. A seating area, a writing table, an iron and ironing board in the room and the comfy bed.

Fairly clean, good central hotel. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with mini kitchen, 2 sofa bed and a bath. They made my stay COMFORTABLE. The area was great, a brilliant base for me.

Lovely stay in the simply amazing area. Hotel is essential, I loved magical staff and rooms. Happy to have starbucks in the lobby.

really good breakfast items; friendly staff. it's 4-6 minutes walking distance ampang park subway station, explored so many sites. the idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle and kitchenware in the premier room was nice.

Big room with all necessities. This hotel was situated near tourist destinations like petronas twin towers. 10 minutes walk from Ampang Park subway station. There is a good food option within 600 ft - Restaurant Minmax Sdn Bhd.
